Transparency cannot be a one-way obligation. I have repeatedly been expected to comply, explain, redact, wait, and trust a process that has not always answered the most basic questions: who made the decision, under what authority, for what reason, and for how long?
A publication restriction does more than remove names from a webpage. It shapes who gets heard, who carries the burden, and whether the public can understand how accountability systems operate. This blog will follow that process carefully. Unanswered questions still require answers when publication is restricted.
