I did not create this site because speaking publicly was easy. I created it because staying silent became impossible.
This blog records the experience of seeking accountability: the questions raised, the responses received and the human cost of trying to obtain clear reasons. It asks how oversight responds when a family challenges an account given by someone with professional authority.
Where I offer my own perspective, I will say so. The purpose is to make that experience understood while taking privacy and publication restrictions seriously.
